I am a research assistant at the Leibniz Institute for European History in the sub-project ‘From “Displaced Persons” to “Refugees”’.
I finished my studies in history and language, literature and cultural studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2025 with a master's degree in history.
In my master's thesis, I researched the everyday life of Jewish displaced persons who lived in the Upper Bavarian market town of Wartenberg (Erding district) from 1945 onwards. The focus was on the social structures, cultural practices and everyday experiences of this small DP community, which provides exemplary insights into the challenges and living conditions of Jewish survivors after the Shoah.
My research interests are Jewish history, Holocaust studies and migration history.
